Suspicious login

Hi I've had a suspicious login tonight, I've changed password on both my Airbnb and my Google accounts, how do I know if anything on my account has changed during this break into my account please? I cannot tell so far? Thanks Ruth

I spoke with the guy Ryan on Airbnb just now and he looked through my logs and found nothing recent. He will however escalate it as  just in case. Today I wrote comments online in response to a news article about Airbnb and I could well have been targeted due to this perhaps, who knows!
