Sytem will not veryify phone number

Everytime i have tried to verify my phone number i get an error message that says “Your request could not be completed because of the following errors: You’ll need to use a different phone number we cant support this one”

This is preventing me from booking a place in February.

How do i get my profile verified in order to book ?

Check different formats of that number - no prefix for example, @Alex734. If it doesn't help, you must contact Airbnb Customer Service - use Twitter or the form: https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us#/

@Candi271  If your country code is 1, then your number should look like:

+1 area code and number.

If it is entered like that, then you will have to contact Airbnb customer service to see if they can figure out why this is happening.

Airbnb has a database of global phone numbers, but it's not always current.  The prefix for my guesthouse phone number had been around for at least 5 years before I signed up to the platform, yet that number couldn't be systematically verified by ABB.  I had to first sign up with my personal phone number, and then added the guesthouse number a couple of years later.
