THE NEW HOSTING LAW IN LOS ANGELES???

We have been successful super hosts for a couple of years now. We are in a rental that we have lived in for 8 years. Our landlord knows we do this and has made no complaint. We only host by sharing a second bedroom we don't use. I've been told that we are safe from being fined given that we've lived here for more than 6 months and it is a shared listing (not the entire unit). Can anyone provide a definitive answer as to whether we can continue sharing our space? We are in the 90036 area code... West Miracle Mile area.

Thanks!

Hello, is your apartment / house in a RSO area? That would be the only reason why you should stop doing so, which is TOTALLY unfair. Let me know.
