Takkaka Hill

Hi can anyone advise please i have several bookings recently which i have replied to you via email before accepting the booking, as i want to advise guests about the road situatin to the Golden Bay. It seems that Airbnb no nothing about this situation and send emails saying i have not responded. I do not want to accept bookings only to find that the guests can get to the batch or it is to difficult. How do youcontact Airbnb?

@Fabian24 it must be very frustrating to not be able to speak to someone at AirBnB.

I have always had good luck in being able to reach someone.

Here's how I reach AirBnB for help:

On your Help page, near the bottom right is a "Contact us" button.
Or you can use this link: https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us

Once you are on the "Contact us" page, choose "Its something else"

This will give you the choice to either exchange messages with AirBnB or to speak to someone on the phone.

Tell me if you are able to reach someone using this.

Many hosts don't realize they should push the "Its something else" button when they want to speak to someone.

@Kirsty41 if you click on the itinerary of each individual guest there’s a help button which I have found really useful to contact the help desk.

Twitter is also good or otherwise the number is  4 4880888

Hope you fellas are ok down there .

I had never been able to contact anybody from Airbnb to help me

it’s frustrting when you give the best of you and your place. To make the company look great to the customer but the internal customer is alone

there not an easy way to contact Airbnbn.

And when finally you thing you contact them, you receive an automatic useless message.

@Fabian24, I know what you are talking about!

It is great when you *do* get to talk or message with a person who is able/willing to help you, but that does not always happen.

Is there something specific you are trying to fix right now?

Or was your message just a general observation?

HI Mathew,

As I wrote before When you need support from Airbnb

there’s no way you can get it

nobody will help you or answer you

I needed  to talk to a human being an conf somebody to give me support as I do with guests in order to help me.

i don’t know if you understand my point

a lady came  to my apartment

And when she left I noticed that she damage the property.

The mattress

tha sheeds

the towels and more

once I contact her asking her to pay me the damages she left the app, that simple

and nobody helped she just got away with it.

I have to pay my repairs and continue smiling at my next guest.

Thats not general it’s specific
