Tasso risposta (different time zone)

Good morning the theme is the maintenance of the response rate. I'm in Italy while the probable guest in Australia (for example). He makes the request with reservation and we communicate in chat. At a certain point, the guest no longer answers: it is logical late and goes to sleep. I can not accept the request if the guest does not answer me then I wait. But then I fall asleep because in Italy it's night. I do not answer the request (which expires) and this lowers the response rate. It does not seem a normal thing. Also because I can not accept a request without first having the guest answer to my question (for example what time does the ceck in). This application of penalties on the response rate should be changed. What do you think?

Thank you

Hello @Ruggero3. From what I know, it's measured on the 24h basis.
