Tax Reporting

First year filing, so excuse my ignorance, but if I had guests for 22 nights in 2016, for a spare room in my house, then I report 22 "fair rental days" on Schedule E line 2, correct?
What do I report as "personal use days"? 365?

Thanks

@Nick140  I'm not a tax professional, but I would assume it would be the difference of 365 and 22.  That's if you used the sprare bedroom for "personal use" (family/friends slept in there, etc.) any of the days there were no Airbnb guests.  If the bedroom just sat vacate and had no use when not being rented by Airbnb people, I would list zero.

That makes sense, but now I'm unsure if I understand the notion of "fair rental day"...is this equal to the number of nights guests stayed with me? Or does it refer to the value my entire house would have if rented for a day?
