Tax question. Help me determine which return form I need to work through.

So, I rent out my primary residence when I go out of town. The house is owned by a family member. I keep the proceeds from the rentals and do turnover service stuff like washing linens and cleaning the house itself.

I have been out of work otherwise for the last year.

Which tax form would I need to fill out? Schedule C or Schedule E? It's not a partnership is it?
