Taxe de séjour

Hi

Have received your communication regarding the above tax.  My commune is exempt from paying this tax so how do I reflect this in my listing?  Your email indicates that if I do not update the details of my property the  '"unclassified furnished tourist accommodation" listing will be applied (between 1 and 5% on the price of the night, per person) which, obviously, I do not want to be added to my room rate.
