Technical Problems in Accepting a Reservation

I'm having trouble accepting a reservation request.  The reservation on my iphone ap shows the reservation at a different price than the website.  When I attempt to accept on my phone, I get a message that an error occurred and try on a desktop.  When I try on the desktop, I just get a blank page.

 

Does this indicate that the customer has pulled the reservation?  It this a temporary glitch in the system?  Is this maybe a spam request?  I have been trying since last night to accept.  Restarted my computer, too.

 

Any suggestions?

That does sound a little strange. I wonder have you tried from a number of different browsers and if so are you still experiencing this difficulty?

 

It would be great to hear an update.
