Technical issues when booking

I’ve used Airbnb for years now and for some reason there is a glitch in the site thats stopping me from being able to book an Airbnb for my upcoming trip. I verified that the dates I want are available, tried multiple payment cards, and used different computers/browsers, but I keep getting an error message that instructs me to “try booking through the website”. Now the Airbnb I wanted is booked and I’m afraid that if I don’t get help soon I’ll be out of options. I contacted the Airbnb support team yesterday and they said that someone will email me.

I've seen another post yesterday about payment problem and my guest had difficulties while trying to book our unit yesterday.
