Technical problem, not able to accept a pending request

Hi! I have a pending request that I am not able to accept, I'm not even able to open the received messages and requests. I have been trying for a while now, there seems to be a technical problem but I do not seem to have the option to report it to Airbnb and get help. Do you have any advice? Thank you!
