Technical question on listings software

Hi I am a new host.  I have 1 room to have guests.  Due to my error I have 2 listings showing. Obviously I need to delete one of the listings but  I have had 2 bookings and they are 1 from each listing.  If I delete 1 listing will the booking that I have be transferred onto the other calender or will it mean the guest gets cancelled.  Please help. thank you so much.

Hello @Margaret258,

There's onll one listing showing on the account that you logged in to to post this question. It's shown in the screenshot below. Have you already removed the other one or do you mean that you have two separate log in accounts with one listing in each?

Hi Steve

Thank you for your response.  Yes I do only have one listing now because I put the one I didnt want on snooze and after the guest stays at the end of March I will delete it.  I thought that that would get me out of a muddle! I have had a response from the air bnb support people but need to get my head around how to simply move one booking to the other calender.

kind regards

Margaret

Hello @Margaret258,

From what you say, the two listings were for the same room so.

There's no way to transfer bookings from one listing's calendar to another calendar. You can find the reservation date on the snoozed listing's calendar and manually block that date on the current listing's calendar.

That will avoid a double booking.

Hi Steve

Yes thank you. I have done that now. Fingers crossed I don't make any more software errors! 😀

Kind regards

Hello @Margaret258

By the way, if you have more than one listing you can always ask your guest to accept alteration and thus move them to another listing of yours.
