Terms of Service Update - Frozen page?

I agreed with the Terms of service update, but now I seem to be frozen on that page?  I'm unable to search any listings, nothing, nada.  I logged out and back in again only to have to agree to the Terms of Service Update again?  Still nothing, frozen again on the same page.  I checked my cookies, allowed and ON, so I don't know what is the problem?  Is the site down?  Can't contact anybody to troubleshoot this problem?  Thanks in advance!

I was having the same problem and then I switched browsers from Chrome to Microsoft Edge and it worked. I have no idea why.
