Up until lately i have been receiving text notifications for AirBnB enquires etc..this has now stopped with only email enquires coming through meaning I am struggling to meet the 24 hour response target. I have checked my notification settings and the text box is ticked but yet no messages coming through to my phone.
@Martin1020 This happened to me as well about a year and a half ago. It was a tech glitch and it took Airbnb a month to fix it after I contacted support. Try unchecking the text notification box, leave it like that for half a day, then recheck it, maybe that will reset it.
In the meantime, make sure to check your Airbnb messages at least once a day so you don't miss any Inquiries or Requests.
