Text in listing photographs

Having a debate on an Airbnb forum about whether you can take a photograph of a typed guest review / photo of a handwritten thank you guest note and post it in your listing photographs. Various replies include: Airbnb software searches for text in photographs are will a) delete the image b) delist your listing for several days c) delist your listing and on activating again you will be relegated to the VERY VERY backline in search results because you have allegedly attempted to contact guests directly via this text. We saw some commentary from March 2016 that this had occured with several related listings for one host. Is this still the case in September 2017 or have search software improvements been implemented to identify the difference between a review and email / mobile / website contact details?

@Ursula16 I have seen a lot cover photos (first photo in gallery) with texts on them . So until text is something like : "Perfect location" nothing will happend. But if it is a phone number or email address then the account will be suspended, sooner or later someone will flag it.
