The Guidebook has No Symbol or Color, No Organization

I spent a couple hours filling out my Guidebook, putting everything in the right category.

I finally looked at the guidebook as guests see it, and this is terrible.

Nothing is organized by category. There are no colors or symbols to show you which marker is which. It just looks like a big grey blob. Plus everything is in the order I entered it, which is not the order I want.

Is there some hidden toggle somewhere to make the Guidebook look for guests like it does when I'm editing it?

Or is the Guidebook stuck as this ugly grey blob forever?
