I've booked an chalet for skiing with friends.
After some hours the Host wrote me a message. That the chalet is already used over this period.
So i ask the host to cancel the booking. Cause if I do I only get 50% back.
And I definetly want all my money back. It was a large ammount for me.
Can someone please help me, what I can do in this situation?

No way should you cancel the reservation. The host is totally in the wrong and she knows it, that's why she wants you to cancel, do not do it. Message her back letting her know she will need to cancel the reservation or you will be showing up at her door:). If you still run into issues, contact Airbnb through Twitter for a quicker respnse, also flag the host.
