I have a guest who asked for a credit to be held for her by me for a last minute cancelation of a Saturday night. She canceled that day. I said sure. Then this week d she canceled the entire weekend due to some snow. And she would not travel. Airbnb is willing to allow it. But they get fees. And I get none? First. Why don't we get some type of payout. Second. She has become threatening while I am waiting to hear from Airbnb.
I am not sure what happened, if someone cancel then your cancellation clause kicks in, there is no provision for a credit. Did you give them a Special Offer?
