I canceled a guests booking because I thought I was unable to host them on the dates they requested and then realised that I could host them. How does one go about rectifying that? please help and thank you.
Once you cancel a booking, the dates get blocked as a form of punishment and you can't reverse that.
Surely there is a way to undo this, the guests are now going to suffer.
Hi @Graham70, send them a Special Offer. If you were in communication with the Guest before go to the messages and there's a button for it and also on the left side.
