Total pay out differed between Guest and Host side, please help!

total payout. On my profile, in the calendar the prices are set but I have received 2 offers with much lower prices.

In August, price for the night is 69€ and in September 49€. In case I have a guest from mid Aug til mid Sep (a month) how is it possible for a total payout to be 82€. 

I didn't put any discount or fixed monthly price.

Did anything like this happened already to someone?

You need to edit the prices in your calendar - there are different daily rates.  Perhaps you have for some reason accepted the airbnb price suggestions ?
