Tracking Early Check-In/Late Check-Out

Does anyone have a system they use to track which reservations are checking in early or checking out late? I have searched for something to help me differentiate the late check-outs from the standard check-outs because I want to be able to look at the calendar and easily see which reservations are for guests checking in early or checking out late. The reason I want to see the difference is because I won't know that I need to show up later to clean the property unless I do some serious digging into each reservation each time I prepare to clean. Our check-out time is at 11:00am, so if we have a guest with a late check-out of 12:00pm, but I don't know that it's a late check-out, then I run the risk of showing up to clean the property at 11:00am while they are still there.

Would that be for the Airbnb calendar or a separate calendar outside of Airbnb?
