Transaction history

Hello,

I have guests who arrived 2 days ago. They booked the apartment in July. I didn't get any mail concerning payment (that the money paid to me) as I receved till now for other reservations. When I open Upcoming Reservations, that reservation is there. When I open Transaction History, there isn't that reservations. Can you help me about it and tell me to whom to report that.

Check future / pending reservations in the payout section. It's probably coming tomorrow or any day now, sometimes payouts get delayed. Message me if you need any help, I'm good with that stuff! 🙂

Hi

I haven't been paid for a booking.  Normally I receive an email and payment the day after guest checks in.  Today is day 2 and they are checking out.  I've checked my bank account and there hasn't been a payment.  On my completed transactions the booking is listed but not paid out and it's of course not showing in future transactions as it's now a past transaction.  is the payment sometimes late?  It never has been before.

yes a few times a month it is late. if you call airbnb and press option 1 someone normally picks up right away. It should be in "future transactions, might even be further down ur list...

Hi

You have the same problem as me. I contacted by mail the Resolution Center Airbnb and I got a mail that there was a little delay in the payout. Today, they corrected an error and paid me. They were very correct and fast.

Hi Page, I really need help!! 

Last week I had a booking, I have not been paid! When I go into transactions there are none showing and in 'future transactions' there are none showing but I'm booked out for weeks!! I'm scared that I'm not going to get paid? Can you give me some advice? Nat

If the start date was Thursday or Friday your payout might come Monday evening. How many payout methods do you have in your account....? Are you able to see the bookings on your calendar ?

Can you help with a history of all bookings we have received at 4Living Guesthouse please ?

In addition, can one advertise a residential property on Airbnb which is utilised as a guesthouse. If so, does the residence need to be registered as a business

Lovely to meet you and welcome to the Community Center. 

In terms of payments, the process around how long it takes to arrive with you does depend a little upon you payment method and other things to consider like @Paige9 mentions are weekends and bank holidays which can mean it takes a little longer than expected. There is a useful Help Center article on this, that you may wish to take a look at. 

If you don't receive it by the end of the week, I would recommend contacting the Support Team directly as they will be able to look into your account and investigate further. There is a helpful Community Guide (created by a host here in the CC) on the different ways to do this.

I have been a guest at 12 different Airbnb homes in the past 2 months.  Where on Airbnb can I see the amounts paid for each booking? I can't do this from my bank statement.  Thanks
