Translation

Bookings made in a language foreign to me have a “translate conversation” option, but reviews left in a language foreign to me does not have this option. It would be so easy. If it is available for bookings, why not reviews. I can’t be bothered with Google!

Reviews also have the "translate" option when in a users profile, but only available when the choosen language (at bottom of page) is different from the language reviews are shown in.

BTW Translations are done by using Google anyway !

Thank you for your reply. I am in as a host and it would be nice to be able to instantly read foreign reviews. The translate option alas is not available. Google may be used but I can not be bothered copying and pasting when all I should really have to do is click a button.

Alena, I agree. I always have to copy and paste into Google Translate when I want to read reviews by my guests that speak a different language. Also, prospective guests would have to do this and I highly doubt they take the time. I agree...they could just add that that translate button like they have in the messaging area.

Also, when I use the translation button in my messages, it removes the persons contact info they have provided me. So I just go back and forth but it's kind of weird is all 🙂
