Travel Credit - not auto applied as AIrbnb advised

Today, I booked Airbnb stay of $575 beginning this Sunday.  Airbnb advised my $25 travel credit would apply but it did not.  I do not see a way to contact Airbnb or resolve.  Please advise.  Much thanks!

@Laura357  For simple technical issues, I think the Air BNB Twitter account is the best way to reach and get fairly quick results.  Try it.
