Travel Credit not used?

So I tried to book my first stay and had put in a reservation request, where I had $35 travel credit applied, but the host ended up declining the request. So is there a way to get the $35 travel credit back for when I actually book my first reservation?

Hi @Aj18 If the request was declined, then no booking was made. You are charged at the time the booking is completed. Hope that helps! Karen
