I got 3x USD25 (Total USD75) after referring 3 friends, and now I would like to book a place with the price of USD55. My question is, do I still get my balance of USD20 (USD75-USD55) after completed this booking?

Travel credit is a single use, @Steven272, so there is no balance left over.

I can't find an article to say for certain that the balance will still be available.

One point though is that there is a minimum cost for a reservation that you can use the credit on.

If the reservation costs less that US$75 you can't use travel credit to pay for it.
