Trouble booking

Hi, can anyone advise me on the following:

 

I have rented out my house through Airbnb since June and it has all run smoothly. 

 

I have a new enquiry wanting to book for four nights next NYE (2017/2017). The dates are available and yet the system is not allowing them to book.

 

Any ideas about how I can enable them to book?

Check your reservation settings on your calendar to see how far in the future you allow reservations.  Manage Listing > Calendar > Availability Settings (upper right hand corner). You can select "I want guests who arrive within..." and chose the 1 year option.  Be sure you have the right price set!
