Trouble declining

I am new here.. I sent a response to a guest declining, and then got messages telling me to respond. I went back in, and hit "decline" and it asked for a reason. I entered the reason but then the block turned faded and I couldn't click on it to officially decline. ?

first you have to choose "type" of the reason why are u declining from the drop-down list and then type your message in the box bellow it.

I've had two or three request about my space... They maybe filled or they are unwilling to answer questions about their traveling buddies... Example three young me in early 20's ... My space is explained as family oriented. Is that too much discrimination?
