Trying to reach guest that already checked out

I had a guest start to write a review of my place.  All he managed to submit was "I" and that was it.  I tried to reach him to ask him to re-subit his review because it would have been a 5 star review, based on our conversations, but now I can't reach him.

Also, he left a pair of glasses.

 

How can I contact him about his glasses and/or about completing the review?

@Fran39 If you can already see his review, he cannot edit/change it. You can send him a message about the glasses via the messages. If he doesn’t answer, they must not be that important to him. 

@Cynthia-and-Chris1-  I went to my cabin to check on things, something I  should have done before my review....  Apparently, he stole 4 to 5 of my coffee mugs. Out of all things....  Messages won't let me contact him again.  I never got the chance to ask him about the glasses either.  I would have changed my review of him :(.   So, I guess, there's nothing else I can do? 😞

@Fran39 never write a review before you went to the unit , cleaned and checked everything.
