Somehow I have two accounts and a reservation I've made has been lodged against the dormant account. How can I change it so the booking shows against my active profile?
You will need to contact Airbnb about this issue as you are really only allowed one account. They will be able to switch things over for you. You can find their contact information on your itinerary/confirmation.
