UK regulator

Hello

Is there an official government body one can appeal to, in the UK, when Airbnb have not responded fairly to a compensation request.

@The-Team-At-The-London-A0 I don't believe short term rentals have an ombudsman. Your only recourse is probably the small claims court BUT Aircover terms and conditions make it fairly clear that any payments are made (or not) at the will of Airbnb. The damage part of Aircover is not an insurance policy hence is unregulated.

Thank you.  It seems unfair that people can damage a flat and we have little legal recourse.
