UNFAIR RATING

Hi

My last group stayed and left me 3 stars for everything. I belive this is because I didnt provided all the free stuff they wanted. I dont list that I have a baby cot but i was willing to source one for them until they gave me a whole list of baby things that they wanted. Now they have given me 3 star review depsite always having 5 starts for everything before. Can I get AIr BnB to sort this out?

I could not see any negative reviews that would breach ABB policy and ratings are a subjective issue.

I too did not see anything negative in your responses.

Airbnb will remove if you can prove the review was revenge or extortion.

I too did not like families and their exacting demands.

They have so many needs.

You were right to demand compensation for extra services, but how does one do that respectfully?

maybe raise your price?  maybe say $10 crib rental in listing?  idk.

I finally got a crib/play pen. I'm glad I did. Travelers with babies do need extra help and most are appreciative.

Your setting is very attractive to families. It is the right size.

I hope you can capitalize on being infant friendly.

@Emma259 @Paul154 I doubt Airbnb will sort it out. I recently went through a dispute with Airbnb because a guest rated me 2/5 overall (my lowest rating so far), and 1/5 for check-in, 1/5 - accuracy, 1/5 - communication in the case that the guest was 2 hours late with her check-in, didn't even inform me about it and hardly spoke any English (I am not a native speaker either). The only thing I said to her on the check-in was asking for excusing myself because I WAS in a hurry. The rest of her was clearly a revenge. Airbnb does not support hosts - it is their general policy.
