Un-listing

If I un-list my home so that it does not show up on Airbnb will it cancel all the reservations I have booked at this time?

I received notice by the city that I can not have it listed until the city defines what ordinance will allow it.  I was told that as long as I do not have it listed I will not be fined, and that I could continue to host those that have already signed up.

I don't want to un list it and it cancel those that have already booked to stay.

Hello @Dana-and-Vance0,

Unlisting or snoozing, which is a temporary time limited unlisting, will remove your listing from search results.

That means it will not be visible if someone searches, with dates and filters, for accommodation in your area or just looks at the map of your area without having entered any dates. While it's unlisted or snoozed no one will be able to find your listing.

Unlisting or snoozing will not cancel your existing confirmed bookings. That would happen only if you cancelled your Airbnb account.

I hope it all works out well for you.

Steve.

Instead of unlisting, just snooze your listing to prevent future people from booking. After everything’s sorted out, you can un-snooze or delist completely.

Do you know if that will take my listing off the "Showings"?
