Unable to add payout method

Hi guys,

I've been trying for weeks (and hundreds of times) to add my bank account as a payout method. I get as far as to Envoytransfer (the external site) and when I click submit, it goes directly to the "Add Payout method" again.

I've tried contactin Airbnb help who pretty much tried but wasn't much help at all. I then called them last week and got told someone will call me back. It's been a week and I've heard from no one. I also messaged on Facebook and they told me I've been put into priority. Again, I have heard from no one in days now. I'm starting to think Airbnb is just dodgy and does this on purpose to make interest. 

Can someone help? I've tried clearing cookies, different bank accounts, different browsers. Not sure where to go from here and they're holding a few bookings worth of payments at this rate.
