Unable to contact Airbnb

I was to get a full refund for a booking from Airbnb but eventually i noticed you refunded about 50% only. How do I restart that issue?

You must contact Airbnb Customer Service - use Twitter or the form: https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us#/, @Rahul25, and ask them directly over there.
