Unable to log into account

G'morning,

 

I'm a new host one month in and having the same problems described in your post and have tried several times to get assistance from airbnb to no avail.  At issue is; I'm able to use my credentials (no changes made & pw written down) sporadically and once when on I enabled auto log-on.  However, when trying to log-on outside of auto the system don't recognize me.  I was a day before my first opportunity and miraculously I was able to log-in and avoided a bad outcome. Now the same issue is affecting my response time as my credentials aren’t tied to me and therefore I’m not receiving email notification.

Pls advise as to how you were able to overcome this issue.

Hello @Melvin6,

 

Welcome to the Community Center. Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Normally if you have problems logging in or your password isn't being recognised you could reset you password, however if you say your credentials are not linked to you, I would recommend contacting the Support Team to discuss this further. There is a useful Community Guide (created by a host here in the CC) which displays the different ways to reach them.
