I have been trying to get a reservation from 31st May to June 5th for my property in India.
I had sent a special offer to my guest which he accepted, but wasn't able to process the payment as it showed him an error. This has happened earlier and I asked the guest to finish their verification process and this helped, and the guest was able to complete the booking. However, this guest has completed the verification process and is trying to complete the booking but it still says verification pending in my calender and is showing him an error and I am not able to send the special offer again.
Please do assist me on whether it is a problem that can be solved from our end or Airbnb has to look into it.
