Unable to submit or leave a review / or contact airbnb with chat online

Something's certainly up with airbnb's code...

 

I was a guest at a listing. I'm currently still within the review timeframe. The prompt shows up under Messages, but the review won't go through.

 

I'm able to click on star ratings, reach the 2nd page, type in words, and click submit...and then, nothing. Nothing happens, prompt still there as well.

 

I go to Help CenterResolve a problem > What if I can't get in touch with my host? > Contact Us > My host wasn't able to answer my question > Reservation > Account & Profile > Reviews > Review left by you

 

Type in my problem, clicked "Chat with us" and......same nothing.

 

For the record, I also keep getting Error 500 that acquired me a list of customer service phone #'s.

Cleared my cache & tried a different browser (Chrome & Firefox) to no avail.

 

Any experiences? Quick search shows that same problem existed since March.

 

I might call them later at 1-415-800-5959 (got the number via one of the discussions below) or +1-855-424-7262 since I don't use Twitter.

Same with me. This morning I have a wonderful guest and I wanted to leave a good review for her but the system is not working. I will wait until tomorrow but It is something that needs to be fixed right away. I use the reviews to choose my guests and I work hard in order to have wonderful reviews, 😞

I, too, work hard to provide a rewarding and wonderful stay for my guests and I look forward to offering them wonderful reviews (and I have been lucky - my guests have been great).

And I want good reviews for my unit, but I cannot find where to go to get/give a review.

Mine time lapse has been 29 hours so far but nothing from Airbnb.

I have the same issue and was advised that sometimes the review window can be lagged by 48hours. So I am still waiting. Has yours past 48 hours yet?

I'm still waiting - 29 hours after their departure.

I'm hoping that what you mention - 48 hours lapse - is the answer to my query. 

Hi everyone

On my first 4 reservations, Airbnb sent me an automatic request for a review.

My last guests have left 24 hours ago (they were wonderful), but no automatic review request has come through.

I tried contacting Airbnb who normally reply very quickly but in this latest case, they tell me to go to the help centre. There I found something which directed me to 'reviews' but nowhere can I find any button or any place to write a review.

I understand that Airbnb allows reviews up to 14 days after guests leave, BUT WHERE IS THE REVIEW BUTTON? Where can I go to submit a review?

Same situation here. Very frustrating. Also, with the number of frustrated and confused members, is it possible they're fraudulent in accepting reviews?

Same with me.  I have been unable to leave reviews for really good hosts.  I have waited more than the noted time - and nothing has changed.  It is over 2 weeks now.  I am really disappointed 

I received an email from airbnb requesting me to review the place I stayed at. When I click on the number of stars, I get a message "You do not have access to this". I went to my account and everything is up to date so I do not understand why I am unable to leave a review. I have 3 days left to leave it. 

Yep - I've just had this happen to me after staying at a great place over the weekend.

My trip has ended but I have recieved no notification to leave a review. 

Is there a problem with Airbnb server ?

I received an email that my guest left a review but clicking the button in the email brings me nowhere... With my last guests I was able to immediately write a review after they left one for me an I would really like to get mine out as well...
