Unauthorised listings

Hi all,

I am an Air B'n'B host myself.

On one of the two properties I offer I recently signed a 3 month tenancy agreement with a private individual (May to end of August).  I had suspicions about the guy over the last few weeks and these have now been confirmed as it has come to light that he is illegally subletting my property.

I myself am accepting bookings for September onwards but how do I get his advert taken offline in the meantime?  I have reported the listing to Air B'n'B but find it madness that we cannot easily contact them to have this guys listing removed.

The advert is https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/19540748?location=Greville%20Road%2C%20London%20NW6%205HY%2C%20United...

It needs to be deleted for the period through to 31st August when his tenancy expires.

Can anyone advise us on what to do ?

Thank you

David

You can report him directly to Airbnb.

Click on his profile's picture and scroll down where you can report him.

Sounds like a bad headache. Best of luck!

Not sure about UK procedures, but if he is violating the rental contract, you can have him kicked out.
