I own a property which I directly listed in Airbnb. I got a guest for March 2020almost immediately, all was working well. However, all stop, no inquiries for about a month so I searched Airbnb and my property came listed by a Real Estate with outdated pictures and with an outrageous price. So I requested my March guest to send me an email thru the Airbnb site and my guest couldn’t find me in the system.
I contacted the Airbnb to request the reinstatement of my listing and to take out the fraudulent listing of my property by the realtor.

told me is nothing that Airbnb can do to help me and he added “we recommend reaching out to your tenant/neighbor to discuss and resolve this matter” I just cannot believe this answer totally unacceptable I have no issues with my neighbor/ tenant, just with a crooked real estate.
KR alleges that my listing is still active although all the evidence indicates the contrary. I have a payment coming in March and I have no idea how I will receive the payment. My case has been closed by Airbnb. Does anyone can help me.
i have contacted the crooked Real Estate and hope they will do the right thing.
