Unblock dates

I need Airbnb to unblock dates they have blocked on my calendar I know they’re not coming I’ve talked to them

@Gisele64   when you say "they are not coming," do you mean that dates are blocked by a booking, and the guest has told you they won't be coming?

If so, advise the guest that they still have an active booking until they follow the cancellation procedure online. Many guests don't realize that you as the host gets penalized if you cancel from your end.
