Underage guests

I have 15 kids in my Airbnb tonight. 

They are 16-18 years old. 

I allow only 10 people in my house at once. 

Nobody under 18 is allowed to use the site. Nobody 18 and older is allowed to rent on behalf of a kid.

Airbnb tell me these people are entitled to a full refund if I insist they leave. 

My cancellation policy is strict. 

Where do I go from here?

Any person aged 18 year and older is allowed to use Airbnb and book an accommodation. Amount of additional guests (adults, children) must be confirmed in the booking, with respect to the max. amount of guests. Was it booked like this ? Then only option you have:  5 guests should leave, as it is a violation due to the maximum allowed = 10.
