Understanding service charge

Hi all, I have a question regarding Service Charge,

We have a guest at our place who is being charged £100 a night X 7, with a 20% weekly discount, so (700 X 0.8) = £560. We are set to receive £540, so am wondering what the £20 difference is given the cost break down on Airbnb shows a service charge of £80 pounds. 

Can anyone help explain?
