Today we recieved automated email from Airbnb that We have received an unfavourable review after one of your stays. We had great relatiosnhip with our hosts and got good reviews from each one of them. The email doesn't specify about which trip it is or what was the concern.
How can I contact Airbnb or know more about details?
@Inderpreet0 You can Airbnb via twitter @AirbnbHelp normally someone will reply you within an hour.Concerning the unfavourable one of the hosts may have wrote a private message to Airbnb after leaving you a good public review.Good luck!!!
