Hi, I am a host and one of my guests who is due to arrive 25 January is getting frustrated because AirBnB has apparently debited is credit card three times, but each time has immediately refunded him. I cannot find anyone to discuss this with
Your guest needs to contact Airbnb customer support directly to have any issues with their payment corrected- it's isn't up to you as a host to get involved as the issue lies with your guest and Airbnb.
Hopefully they will be able to sort it out with your guest when he makes contact with them and before the guests stay begins.
