Hi 

i recently experienced unpleasant guests who wrote a really rude review..

i did not get much support from the Airbnb case manager and am a superhost.

 

any advice on how to proceed

remove guests insults

-basically they left the house unlocked, dirty and very untidy.

Please advise how to get support from

Airbnb as case manager said guest has 72 hrs to respond hot no response

You had a minimum cleaning fee case closed!

 

not at all happy....

@Anonymous I think I found it. Is it the reply to your review you are talking about? If that's the case I do believe every guest and host has the opportunity and the rights to reply to a review. I don't see Joshua being rude or violating any rules. I'm not sure I understand what you expect airbnb to do? If it is the reply to you review on your guest Joshua of course you are refering to?
