Update Personal Information

Hi!

I need help please. This will be the first time I will be hosting and I am afraid that people is contacting to my email that is on file but I dont longer use it. I am trying to update my email address, home address, and school name but the system is not doing it. When I click the botton "Save", an small window appears and asks me to insert my facebook password. I did it but it is not saving the new information.

Great to meet you. Aw this does sound rather frustrating. 

I just wanted to check if you have seen @Sora0's reply here and if you have tried this? You may also want to try clearing your browser history and cache as this can often help.

It would be great to hear how you get on. I hope it works for you.

I'm trying to update my email address to a new email I've got. I try to edit this in my airbnb account but it ask me for my password to change the and save the new email address but I have forgotten my password anyway although even if I remembered and knew my password it would send the link to reset my password to my old email address which I no longer have. So basically I can't reset my password as my email address associated with my airbnb account no longer existed and so hence I can't edit, change and create a new email address to link with my airbnb.
