Urine on mattress

We had a guest stay with his three kids and when the cleaning crew got there after checkout they found one of the beds with urine on it.  The sheets had been thrown in the washer (not washed) and the comforter had been thrown over the urine spot.  Do we ask for extra cleaning fee since the cleaners had to stay longer then usual to clean?

If your post allows kids to stay, you may foresee what may happen. Put on a water proof mattress cover.

You may request a cleaning fee if you can provide a photo proof and cleaning fee invoice or estimate in the resolution center. But your guest may give you a retaliatory review because of it. 

Therefore, you need to decide yourself.
