Variations in additional guest fees.

Hi, I was wondering if I may be missing some way of being able to do this or maybe it is not possible at all.

I would like to be able to set a different rate for additional guest fees dependent upon the time of year.

I have a one bedroom apartment in Cyprus and whilst I receive many bookings throughout the year there is obviously a peak and low season. Unlike many other similar apartments I charge a rate per person with a second person being a lower fee. This opens it up to many single travellers as the majority of apartments seem to be a set rate regardless of how many guests.

During the peak season I would still like to offer a per person pricing strategy but a different rate for a second guest.

if anybody knows if it’s possible to do this any replies would be appreciated.

Hi @Simon495 I don't think this is possible with Airbnb (at the moment?) but it's a great question.

I would like to do the same with cleaning fee, minimum stay, and extra person rates, which I don't usually charge for, but would need to if I was to reduce my minimum stay in our quieter months.
