Verification frustration

I have a few bookings over the next few months and I have contacted each one through the message system, except one, it won't let me send a message because:-

 

'Guest" is temporarily unavailable until they complete our account verification process. This is a standard procedure that helps us maintain a positive experience within the Airbnb community.

 

I have contacted the guest via text and they tell me that it says 'Verification complete' at their end?

 

Any help?

@Darrel---Alexandra0  Airbnb allows guests 12 hours to complete their verifications.  If the guest continues to have problems, ask them to contact Airbnb directly to resolve either ID verification or payment verification.  That's the best solution.
